The History

This is what we try to achieve in our valley in the countryside of Ostuni.
Hundreds of years ago olive groves were planted on this site, and today they have become extraordinarily beautiful and long-lived. Our lives are marked by their passage of time and their needs. With great consideration and dedication we take care of them with every change of season.
The techniques of organic agriculture, the modern systems of harvesting and processing, guide us in bestowing the maximum respect on these secular trees, because after all, their age-old roots are also our own. And they reward our commitment with two of the finest oils: the extra virgin organic "Meridiano" and the "Olio delle pendici/oil of the slopes".
We want to build our future together with these centenarian olive trees, still so vital and always ready to yield their good fruit.
